Our pink gin is made in 20 l batches by steeping pHure gin with a blend of raspberries, strawberries and blackcurrants until all of the natural flavours and colours have been extracted, then carefully filtered and analysed. A little sugar is added before bottling to balance the sharpness of the blackcurrants. We do not add any artificial flavours or colours.
